Professor Horne’s Rules of Beer

I am a beer snob. Not a conniseur. Conniseur implies knowledge, snob on the other hand: opinion and arrogance. I like what I like and don't care what you think. You on the other hand can benefit from my opinion.

I, after a bad mistake this last week, have a few axioms about beer.

  1. Beer should be drunk at room temperature. Beer was around long before refridgeration. All that cold beer does is trick you into thinking that swill tastes good, by chilling your taste buds.
  2. Twist caps are a dead giveaway that a beer needs to be chilled.
  3. Dark and Lager are mutually exclusive terms.
